I had always known I would become a storyteller. Capturing the essence of people, events, organizations and businesses alike has brought a distinct sense of accomplishment with my work.
A strong background in customer service, management, marketing and communications have become the foundation of my career, and I pride myself on these characteristics with any responsibility I am given.

Local not-for-profit organization The Walk needed media created to help promote a Christmas giving campaign where people could donate new or gently used purses packed with specific items to give to women who are in the sex industry and may be struggling with many needs.
Volunteers and subscribers of The Walk organization were encouraged to download and share the campaign with others. This became so successful that The Walk says they now have enough donations to last well into 2017!
Local not-for-profit organization The Walk needed media created to help promote a Christmas giving campaign where people could donate new or gently used purses packed with specific items to give to women who are in the sex industry and may be struggling with many needs.
The Walk is a local organization in Calgary which seeks to build relationships with those involved in the sex industry. Here are a few examples of artwork created, including the Pack a Purse campaign. This event was used for their Christmas giving, and was hugely successful, catching the eye of Calgarians, WestJet, and even ended with a radio interview on the project!
Required to design, create and edit a six page magazine, including research, photography, and the written cover story, I created Rise Magazine for women. Following is a design as required to create and edit a five page web layout to review a lifestyle website of our choice.
This is one of several published print advertisements I had created while working for Platinum Energy services. My boss was overloaded with work, so I took the initiative in my own time to download a free design program (GIMP 2.0), and develop advertisements for his review and approval.
